正常パターン唾液腺シンチグラフィ画像

上段が、Tcを投与後
下段が、レモン系の酸っぱいあめ玉を舐めてもらった後の画像
順調に唾液腺にRIが集積し、レモンの負荷で一気に唾液腺（耳下腺、顎下腺）のRIがwash out されて、RIが消失しているのが分かります。

唾液腺シンチグラフィ　正常パターン

やや左右差があるものの耳下腺、顎下腺に時間（横軸）とともに順調にRIが集積していき、レモン負荷で、急速に耳下腺、顎下腺へのRI集積量が減っているが分かります。

膵頭部から鈎部に分葉状の低吸収域腫瘤を認める

膵実質相では強く濃染する充実様に見える部分と囊胞性部分が混在

充実部分にみえ、よく濃染していた部位はwash out されている

DWI では高信号信号を示す

腫瘤はかなり強い高信号を示す。ADC値=2.84x10-3mm2/s

MRCP 2D multislce 多数の小嚢胞から構成される

MRCP: Single thick slub 多数の小嚢胞で構成されているT2WI axial 　蜂巣状の囊胞性病変

70才代女性　4年前に膵鉤部腫瘤を指摘　その時の大きさは28×40mm。

今回は33×45mmと増大傾向。無症状。
